Yes. Our software keeps the traffic logs required under Turkish Law No. 5651 for commercial and shared internet providers, stored securely for at least 6 months. Timestamping and user authentication make it easy to meet your legal obligations.
I don't have fiber — can I still get high-speed internet?
Yes. From our nearest POP we can deliver symmetric Metro Ethernet internet via radio link at very reasonable rates.
How can I analyze the profile of my guests?
Our Hotel CRM integration reports demographic data (age, language, country) and usage durations of your guests, enabling your marketing team to target accurately.
My existing cabling keeps causing issues. Do I need to redo it entirely?
Not necessarily. We first perform a measured analysis and report which lines, switches or connections cause the issues. In most cases we only replace the problematic sections, keeping costs low.
How is post-installation support handled?
